Coarsens the mesh.
- Parameters
mesh – The mesh
coarseRate – [in] The coarse rate
flatRate – [in] The flat rate
denseWeight – [in] The dense weight
rings – [in] Number of neighborhood rings to consider for LST
verbose – [in] Print additional info
